The Spanish Colonial style home features a resort pool with sandstone decking, spillover fountain, hand forged wrought iron fencing, dancing water sprays, pebble tech finish, and imported Mission tile. The Tuscan stone column colonnade at the breezeway leads to a Cabana with a pool bath, custom designed Cast Stone Fireplace from the Susan Berry Collection, a grape vine and pecky cypress ceiling,a summer kitchen with marble counters, golden travertine bricks, hand painted Mexican tiles and a professional Wolfe grill.
